Pinned Bars
The Pinnacle Guide awards 1, 2 & 3 Pins to cocktail bars around the world according to its own evaluation process, which takes into account the standard of drinks and service as well as philanthropy, sustainability, and diversity.
To receive a PIN bars must show 'excellent, 'outstanding, ' or 'exceptional' work across both sides of the bar. The criteria include a focus on sustainability and a minimum of two non-alcoholic cocktails on offer.
