Released in 2006 as the world's first bottled single malt to be fully certified as organic by the UK Soil Association, Benromach Organic is made using Scottish organic barley, dried using peat smoke and is matured in virgin American oak casks from environmentally managed.

Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Rich buttery barley, butterscotch, freshly sawn oak, stewed pear and mash banana with light clove and ginger spice.

Taste:

Old wardrobe oak influenced light toffee, espresso coffee and cacao with stewed pear, lemon zest and hot spice.

Aftertaste:

Butterscotch and dry oak with lingering chili and ginger spice.
