Aparência:

Clear, deep coppery amber with bronze highlights.

Aroma:

Boat varnish, stewed fruit and plum pie with buttery biscuit/pie base and pecan nuts.

Sabor:

Rich, indulgent and fruity. Muscovado sugar balances dry burnt currants and sultanas with cinnamon, nutmeg spice, bitter chocolate and stewed tea tannins.

Aftertaste:

Long, sherry soaked dried fruit with buttery oaky cinnamon and nutmeg spice.
