Clear, very pale golden.

Aroma:

Shoe polish – shoe repairs and leather, golden syrup.

Taste:

Slightly sweet and buttery with dried orchard fruit – apples and pears, pear drops and lightly spiced elegant oak.

Aftertaste:

Lingering spice and golden syrup.
