Review and Tasting

Appearance:
Clear, coppery amber with burnished copper glints.
Aroma:
Nubuck leather and saddle soap with pistachio, clove, doughy bread, shoe polish and black tea.
Taste:
Dry and spicy with sandalwood, sweet new leather and dried fruit. Water strangely stokes the fire generating smoke, sweetens and upsets the balance.
Aftertaste:
Balsawood and leather with faint sweet smoke and spice.
