Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
New leather, cashew nuts, toasted almond, baked apple pie and linseed with nutmeg, cinnamon and clove spice.
Taste:
Soft silky mouthfeel. Starts rich and fruity before balancing dry toasted almond, acidity, enlivening cinnamon spice, cardamom. Underlying flavours of sultana, fig and brown sugar.
Aftertaste:
Cinnamon and clove spice with nuts and brown sugar. A luxurious finish to a great dinner.
