Appearance:

Clear, mid golden amber.

Aroma:

Pear, green apple, pear drops, candied fruit, leather, sea salt, and vanilla custard. More salty old oak with water.

Taste:

Pear drops and apple fruit, vanilla and warming spice. Water amplifies salty oak and vanilla custard.

Aftertaste:

Green apple and ripe pear with lingering salt and spice.

Overall:

Big, rich, fruity and malty. Pear, green apple, pear drops, and vanilla custard with salty notes.
