Aparência:

Clear, deep cheery red.

Aroma:

Pungent cherry, almond and Bakewell Tart with black pepper tingle.

Sabor:

Intense fresh cherry juice, Bakewell Tart and black pepper spice with light almond complexity.

Aftertaste:

Continuing intense fresh cherry juice, Bakewell Tart and black pepper spice.

No geral:

Fabulously intense fresh cherry fruit with rich honeyed sweetness (although this is thin and dry compared to many richer more syrupy cherry brandies). Enlivened with mild black pepper spice. Fruity and far from cloying.
