This English brewed “North American Red Ale” benefits from American and British hops. English Fuggle and Golding are used for bittering. Equinox whole leaf is added at the end of the boil, and then Mosaic is dry hopped.

Aparência:

(sample can best before 17/Feb/18) Clear, deep amber with a thick and retentive light beige head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Toasted malt, rye bread, caramel, stewed apples and faint clove spice.

Sabor:

Medium-bodied. Wholemeal and rye bread, zesty grapefruit, pine needles, dried fruit and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Fades with clove spice and dry piney hops.

No geral:

Refreshing and satisfying – bready, fruity and spicy. An ale suited to being served well-chilled on a summer’s afternoon.
