Chase GB Gin infused with wild Herefordshire hedgerow sloe berries from and mulberries then aged in Rhône Valley red wine seasoned oak casks.

Appearance:

Clear, deep crimson red.

Aroma:

There's a hint of bugundy wine on the pungent berry fruit nose with piney juniper gin and faint almond.

Taste:

Plummy and tart sloe berry and mulberry fruit fortified with gin and made more complex by black pepper spiced oak.

Aftertaste:

Jammy yet tart plummy berry fruit with cleansing juniper and black pepper spice.

Overall:

One of the most complex and best-balanced sloe gins we've had the pleasure to sample. Great in a cocktail but perhaps best neat from a hip-flask on a cold day.
