An innovative liqueur launched in 1993 in a distinctive twin-compartment bottle. The Latin inscription 'Unitate fortior' on the label translates as 'strength through union'.

One side of this twin-compartment bottle contains dark chocolate and coffee liqueur, while the other has white vanilla and cream spirit. The 'ultimate pour' mechanism makes it easy to pour and layer the drink in the recommended 2:1 proportion - the result, with the vanilla cream floating on top, resembles an Irish coffee.

Sheridan's is named after Joe Sheridan, a chef turned bartender who created the Irish Coffee cocktail while working at Foynes' Port to warm a group of American passengers disembarking from a Pan Am flying boat on a cold winter evening.

Serve chilled neat over ice.
