| 7.5 ml | Campari Bitter liqueur |
| 45 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 22.5 ml | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
| Top up with | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
