15 ml | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
40 ml | Havana Club 7yo rum |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
1 sprig | Fresh thyme |
