How to make:

1. Fill up the glass with ice
2. Pour Hayman's - Old Tom Gin 45 ml
3. Pour pineapple juice 15 ml
4. Pour Dolin Rosso 30 ml
5. Pour Giffard elderflower liqueur 7.5 ml
6. Pour lime juice 10 ml
7. Pour green tea 45 ml
8. Stir
9. Top homemade bitter gourd foam
10. Garnish with Mt. Lemmon Marigold

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 fl oz Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambery
1/4 fl oz Giffard Fleur de Sureau Sauvage (Wild Elderflower) Liqueur
1/2 fl oz Pineapple (fresh)
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Green tea (cold)
