Garnish:

Trim the used jackfruit pieces from the infusion into a leaf shape. Clip the jackfruit by the side of the glass. This is to ensure zero wastage.

How to make:

First, rim the glass with pink Himalayan salt. Add ingredients into shaking tin and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe.

1 3/4 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Malibu Coconut rum liqueur
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
2/3 fl oz Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water)
