Garnish:

Garnish with a fresh cherry or cherry bitters

How to make:

Step 1: Crush fresh cherries in shaker
Step 2: Add spirits and egg whites to shaker
Step 3: Dry shake (no ice)
Step 4: Shake with ice
Step 5: Double strain into rocks glass over ice

2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
34 fresh Cherries (destoned)
1/2 fl oz Galliano Vanilla liqueur
1 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
