The competition inspired me to use this underused liqueur and create a cocktail to get everyone in a holiday spirit.
You don't need to add the egg white as it doesn't adjust the flavour here, so this can be substituted for a vegan alternative like Aquafaba.
If you like it a little stronger and fruitier, you should swap the white light rum with a stronger rhum agricole, e.g. the 50% Clément, matched very well
