Produced and aged by Calvados Boulard’s Cellar Master, Richard Prével, using apple varieties from the Pays d’Auge. The apples are fermented to make a dry cider which is double distilled then matured in French oak casks. Presented in a clear carafe with a gold label, case and 24 carat gold stopper.

Appearance:

Clear, new penny coppery amber.

Aroma:

Baked apples, apple pie and cinnamon with honey suckle, vanilla and honey roasted almonds.

Taste:

Elegant and toasty with delicate spice. Baked apple, caramel (toffee apple) and burnt orange zest oils with cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

Concentrated baked apple and maraschino cherry with delicate cinnamon spice.
