Appearance:
Clear, bright scarlet red.
Aroma:
Blood red orange and zesty ruby grapefruit wit faint lemon thyme.
Taste:
Syrup sweetness offset by quinine bitterness with blood red orange zest, cherry and mint.
Aftertaste:
Quinine and zesty orange with pithy bitterness.
Overall:
Bitter with pronounced zesty citrus. Less of a quinine bitter bite than Campari.
