Distilled from fermented fresh, pressed sugarcane juice, this is Clément's well-established and regarded "green label" unaged agricole rum presented in a more approachable 40% alc./vol. format (classically this is bottled at a heady 50%).

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent and grassy with delicate white floral and faint herbal aromas.

Taste:

Starts almost sweet and quickly dries on the palate. Wonderfully expressive. Grassy, faintly earthy, and delicately herbal.

Aftertaste:

More herbal than grassy with mineral notes and cracked black pepper.

Overall:

Delicious! This is the classic grassy Clément green label rum put presented in a lower 40% alcohol strength.
