Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Desiccated coconut and confectioner's coconut.

Taste:

Initially very sweet desiccated coconut before spirituous grassy rum notes emerge and add balance.

Aftertaste:

Coconut icing sugar with mild white pepper spice and faint grassiness.

Overall:

Rich, sweet desiccated coconut with faint grassy rum notes. This low alc./vol. liqueur is on the sweet side of being balanced but is superbly clean.
