Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
14 fresh Mint leaves
60 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Pinot gris sugar syrup (2:1)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
