Serve in a Collins glass
2 inch | Cucumber (fresh) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1 oz | Mango purée |
2 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
3 barspoon | Yoghurt (natural) |
Garnish: Cucumber slices
MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
