Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 inch Cucumber (fresh)
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Mango purée
2 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 barspoon Yoghurt (natural)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Cucumber slices

How to make:

MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. Add other ingredients. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

It's actually a good combination of flavours, though I found it challenging to strain.
