Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
| 1 fresh | Lemon zest oils |
| 45 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 22.5 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 10 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 10 ml | The Bitter Truth Crème de Violette |
