Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
1 fresh Lemon zest oils
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
22.5 ml Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
10 ml The Bitter Truth Crème de Violette
