Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Elyx Vodka
25 ml Peachtree peach schnapps
35 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 leaf Rosemary sprig
10 gram Cucumber (fresh)
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
