Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
30 ml Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
1 fresh Egg white
15 ml Maple syrup
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 sprig Fresh thyme
