Serve in a Collins glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
| 6 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
| 4 1⁄3 oz | White peach & jasmine soda |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered peach wedge & spray with peated whisky mist.
- POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Briefly STIR.
