45 ml	Ardbeg 5 Year Old Wee Beastie
60 ml	Pineapple juice
15 ml	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
45 ml	Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
90 ml	Angostura Aromatic Bitters
