Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Mozart Chocolate Vodka
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
0.6 ml Angostura Cocoa Bitters
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
0.3 ml Orange Bitters by Angostura
