Rum Manhattan (Sweet with Bitter Chocolate)

22.5 ml Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
5 ml Brown/dark crème de cacao liqueur
5 ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
180 ml Chocolate bitters
60 ml Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
