| 90 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 60 ml | Chilled water |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
| 15 ml | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
| 3 wedge | Lemon (fresh) |
| 2 slice | Orange (fresh) |
