Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass
| 20 ml | Cognac (brandy) |
| 30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 barspoon | Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white) |
| 2.5 ml | Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water |
| 1.25 ml | Ferrand Orange Curaçao |
| 40 ml | Cruzan ‘Single Barrel’ Estate Rum |
