Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
20 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 barspoon Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white)
2.5 ml Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water
1.25 ml Pierre Ferrand Orange Curaçao
40 ml Cruzan ‘Single Barrel’ Estate Rum
