How to make:
STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably a clear ice shard). TOP with rhubarb soda and briefly stir.

2/3 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |

Adapted from a recipe created in 2023 by Erik Lorincz of Kwant in London, England. Erik's original recipe was lengthened with London Essence Rhubarb & Cardamom Soda, which sadly is no longer available.
