Pisco sour (chilean way)

Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
60 ml BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
30 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
