How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of float banana chip.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
1 1/6 fl oz | Banana rum |
1 1/6 fl oz | Adriatico Bianco almond milk liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Coconut water |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Just as it says on the tin, a banana rum-based Daiquiri with almond milk liqueur, harmonised by a splash of coconut water.
