| 52.5 ml | Averna amaro |
| 7.5 ml | Plantation Overproof O.F.T.D. rum |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 7.5 ml | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 15 ml | Egg white |
| 0.1 ml | Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters |
