Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
52.5 ml Averna amaro
7.5 ml Plantation Overproof O.F.T.D. rum
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
22.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
15 ml Egg white
0.1 ml Bittercube Blackstrap Bitters
