10 ml | Dolin Dry vermouth |
22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry |
22.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
45 ml | Method & Madness Irish Gin With Black Lemon |
