| 10 ml | Dolin Dry vermouth |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry |
| 22.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
| 45 ml | Method & Madness Irish Gin With Black Lemon |
