Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
10 ml Dolin Dry vermouth
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
45 ml Method & Madness Irish Gin With Black Lemon
