Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
22.5 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
10 ml Dolin Dry vermouth
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
22.5 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
45 ml Method & Madness Irish Gin With Black Lemon
