History

Let me tell you about the name and the inspiration of my drink. I loved the '80s and had some wild parties, just kidding, I was born in 2000. However, my mom told me that she had great parties, at least the ones she remembers. So, inspired by one of her favorite song from that time, Modern Talking's "Cheri Cheri Lady," Hence the name: Cheri Lady! One of the most pupular drink was in the '80s, the Martini . So I've made a twist of that. And of course, shaken, not stired! Another iconic element of that era was the cocktail cherry. That's why my base is Bols Cherry Brandy liqueur, combined it with a new-wave red berry gin and a white dry vermouth to truly highlight the luscious flavors of the Bols Cherry Brandy, and finally balanced it with a touch of citric acid and simple syrup to make it retro sexy. Hope you will love my cocktail.
