Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
45 ml Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
15 ml Elderflower liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
0.9 ml Cherry bitters
90 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water
