I think the elderflower a little overwhelming, I’d reduce that down next time. The rosemary only really appears in the aftertaste.

That’s a very pleasant refreshing cocktail. Only a small dash of soda water is required otherwise it would dilute the more subtle flavours away.
A really smooth cocktail, quite like a fruity white wine.
Campari amount woefully low. I put 20ml in and hey presto beautiful.
I found it a little on the sweet side so added some orange bitters which I think toned it down a little.
It was okay, port was a bit lost really, maybe a LBV might give a little more oomph. Rum sour it is really!
A nice drink, really doesn’t need any additional sugar syrup though, sweet enough without it.
S&C and chartreuse are such strong flavours it peaked my curiosity to see them in the same drink. An initial whack of herbally notes, slight fruity and bitter then that rum funk finishes it off nicely.
I accidentally made it twice. I didn’t think I had cream chocolate liqueur so made it with dark chocolate liqueur- then found the cream one once I had made it! Chocolate, coffee and whiskey, what’s not to like! Dark liqueur tastes cleaner and the creamy one is obviously creamier… I think a blended chocolate ice cream version of this is what’s really required…
Tried it with green and yellow chartreuse. I preferred the green. Yellow was a little too sweet. Great cocktail for people who may not be fans of Chartreuse. I really liked it!
Ooh, that’s a lot of flavours! Pineapple overtones with lingering banana and cinnamon flavours. Sweet but really enjoyable.
Very enjoyable, shows off the rum nicely while mellowing it. I used foaming bitters rather than egg/aquafaba.
I used a cheap orange juice and instantly regretted it, requires a good one for sure!
Dangerously smooth, herbally sour notes.
Very smooth, coconut and strawberry flavours nicely balanced. It’s simple but quite refreshing. I used a mix of vodka and strawberry syrup as I didn’t have strawberry vodka.
Very refreshing, a nice diluted brandy flavour with citrusy notes from the orange and lime.
Some nice flavours coming from the vermouth but mainly a chocolatey brandy dominates. Pretty smooth really!
A little boozy, some nice coconut flavours with a very subtle fruitiness coming from the pear.
Initially I did think it lacked a certain sweetness but after a few sips I found I enjoyed it as it was. I may have been a little enthusiastic with the bitters but then again I like the flavour of Angostura so didn’t mind!
It’s an odd one for sure, not wholly unpleasant though!
Very tasty and refreshing, I had a small stick of rhubarb for garnish - so fresh it came with its own mud! Used a botanical rhubarb vodka from Cloud in the Clouds.
That is a cracking cocktail, smooth and full of flavour and complexity. I did up the chocolate bitter dosage to about 8 drops.
