Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
3 leaf Basil leaves
2.5 ml Balsamic vinegar of Modena
15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
60 ml Tomato Basil Water
