I’d agree. It is sweet but I like tasting the Byrrh…which I don’t use too much…but I’m always drawn to the old classics or lesser known oldies!!! I used Hayman’s

I think this what I had hoped Dubonnet and gin would be like - maybe with modern Dubonnet ain’t being what she used to be. I found this on the sweet side for my palate and next time would split the gin between Old Tom and London dry. Having some more summery blasts here, which could also be influencing… i served on the rock with a dash of Soda water. Last of the summer wine, anyone? All up, a natural pairing of ingredients and a great drink.

A great cocktail - distantly related to a sweet martini - the ratios and the ingredients make this a sweeter and fruitier cocktail. Very delicious martini.

Delicious! Old Tom is a perfect companion for the Byrrh. Halfway through, I couldn't help but try mixing with Maraschino, lemon juice, and orange bitters. Will definitely be experimenting with this.

These ingredients pair exceptionally well. I used Benham's Old Tom.
