Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Byrrh aperitif aromatised wine
2 oz British bitter ale
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. STIR.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I love a good beer and I love Byrrh (also pronounced 'beer') – a marriage made in Bermondsey. Best served as an apéritif cocktail.
