Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
2 whole Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
3 swath Orange peel
3 swath Grapefruit peel/zest
3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
30 ml Sanbittèr Rosso
