Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (discarded) & mint leaf.
SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I used plain soy yoghurt for this and it was the BOMB. Sweet but not too much, it went down pretty well. Smooth and tasty.
