1 12 oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
1 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco chilled
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 12 oz Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda chilled
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

POUR all ingredients into chilled glass, briefly stir and fill glass with ice.

Review:

A cognac pear and pink grapefruit spritz balanced by a splash of lemon juice. Yes, I though the same. What's lemon juice doing in a "Pamplemousse Spritz"? So tried with pink grapefruit juice but I prefer this with the zingy sourness of lemon juice.
