Serve in a Coupe glass
45 ml | Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.) |
22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
30 ml | Bailoni Wachauer Gold-Marillenlikör liqueur |
