50 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
25 ml | Stone's Original Green Ginger Wine |
25 ml | Monin Lemongrass Syrup |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Coconut vinegar |
1 barspoon | Tamarind paste/purée |
3 dash | Cholula Hot Sauce |
3 drop | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
