Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
3 dash 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
1 12 barspoon Blackberry syrup
30 ml Brut champagne/sparkling wine
11.25 ml Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis de Dijon
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
