Ingredients:
30 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
10 ml Merlet Crème de Pêche
10 ml Pineau des Charentes blanc
10 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
4 scoop Peach sorbet
